For exchange you need to follow a few steps:
- Fill in all the fields of the form submitted. Click «Exchange».
- Read the terms of the agreement on exchange services, when accepting it, please tick the appropriate field and press the button «Create bid».
- Pay for the bid. To do this, transfer the necessary amount, following the instructions on our website.
- After this is done, the systеm will redirect you to the «Bid status» page, where the status of your transferwill be shown.
- Once your bid is paid – no claims will be accepted. Therefore, please carefully check the rate and application amounts (including additional payment systеm fees) before making a payment.
Note:
We do not recommend making payments to third parties. All responsibility for mistaken or incorrectly executed payments lies with the initiator of the exchange.
Exchange office is not responsible for the proper use of funds received and is not the guarantor of the payment systеm.
When creating an application, be sure to indicate your valid e-mail address (e-mail).
Any changes to the application data are possible only through confirmation from the e-mail specified in the application.
In case of problems in the operation of the payment systems involved in the exchange, the guaranteed time for the execution of the application is up to 24 hours.
Any claims during this time are not accepted and are considered unfounded.
